Hivertech Agro Ltd. (HAL) is the art of modern MEAT processing plant Hal installed the technology to provide hygienically processed frozen Meats not only for food but also for HEALTHY FOODS.  

Meat quality starts deterioration after 6-7 hours of preservation by the attack of microorganisms when preserve in conventional/traditional deepfreezes.

Hivertech Agro Ltd, considering this problem decided to provide hygienically processed healthy and Halal meats with longer preservation time, even for years by BLAST FREEZING process.

This process means that the whole meat temperature lower down to -35. C to -40.C very quickly to avoid of micro organisms.

Our Total Process Includes:
a) Our expert nutritionist keep close contact with the selected farmers/ growers to ensure HEALTHY & DISEASE free live birds, animals and fishes. They also check the environment & feeds.

b) All the begins are received at the factory gate with cases wherever necessary. The cases washed by Luke Worm water to ensure the hygienic condition before sent back to grower/farmers.

c) Received items then washed properly to make it disinfectant for slaughtering.

d) Slaughtering starts manually in HALAL WAY to respect the feelings and requirements of Muslim community.
e) Meats are then separated from unwanted feathers, skins, viscera's etc. and wash again. This line is so designed that bloods & excess water drain out completely.

f) The products than pass through the SPIRAL CHILLER to down the temp. to 2.C to 0.C .-

g) Then pass through the portioning unit.

h) The cooled products are then ready for BLAST FREEZING & storage in the cold room before sending the same to the retail out let.
